Note: Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

2.1 The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items

• Items marked as “final sale”

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3.2 To request a replacement or refund, provide the following:

• A photo or video of the damaged or defective item.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.

5.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

6. Refunds

6.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

 

7. Exchanges
